Morris Biddle is the Managing Director of Marsh Canada, an insurance broker and risk consulting firm that has supported MusicFest Vancouver, formerly Festival Vancouver, in the past. He has an interest in music and much enthusiasm for the value the festival brings to Vancouver and the province.
